The following must be completed in order to be cleared for sports participation.
1. Complete online registration through Final Forms website. (Link above) You only have to register once each school year. Students will need to ask the athletic office to update their athletic profile if they would like to participate in a sport they did not select at the time of registration. Parent account is linked to parent email address on file with school district and student account is linked to student email address. Parents must complete registration first before students can complete their forms.
*Out of District Students (Charter, Home & Private School) will need to contact the Athletic office at (253) 571-7425 to get registration access. Students have to participate at their school of residence based on family unit address. And will be required to show 2 proof of residence documents for past 12 months. Home school students must be registered as such through TPS Enrollment Services office (253) 571-1142 for each school year.
2. Submit a copy of a completed sport physical to be kept on file in the athletic office.(Must be current within the past 13 months.)
3. Have a 2.0 GPA from previous semester transcript or Midterms(Winter Season), with no more than one E. (Incoming 9th graders will be able to participate in Fall sports with no requirement.)
4. Purchase a $30 ASB from main office. (ASB is good for entire school year.)
